Returns Here at Skin Care By Suzie we want our customers to be happy so if your not happy with any product for any reason we will pay the postage to send it back to us with in 30 days*. After 30 days we will still accept your returns of non opened items only and we will not pay postage back.
* We only accept returns on regular retail sizes if they have been opened, If a large size is available that is considered a professional size and a special order and may not be returned if opened. So if you have not tried a product before try the smaller size first to make sure you like it.
Just fill out the form below after we process your request and you will receive an email that will have a return label attach as a image file. Print out the label, cut it and attach it to your package, Then just give it to your mail carrier.
Please include your Order#, what you are returning and if you want an exchange or refund
All item must be returned in a box and in the same condition you received them.
Items returned in an envelope will be refused!
