I received my conditioner but it's label had shampoo instructions on it. When I tried to use it as a conditioner, it lathered up like shampoo. Was so disappointed! Would a replacement be possible of the correct product?

I purchased the shampoo and conditioner and what a difference this combination makes! My hair looks so much thicker and where I used to get knots is no longer!
