In the message section please tell us what you are returning and why, Also please tell us if it has been used. and if you want an exchange for an item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return & shipping cost for exchanges.
If you would like save to a trip to the post office we can email an invoice for the cost of the return/exchange shippingor use your rewards to pay for the postage. once paid we will email you a pre-paid postage label so you can print it out and just give your package to your mail carrier.
