Refund policy

Here at Skin Care By Suzie we want our customers to be happy so if your not happy with any product for any reason send it back to us with in 30 days*.

After 30 days we will still accept your returns of non opened items only up to 60 Days

* We only accept returns on regular retail sizes if they have been opened, If a large size is available that is considered a professional size and a special order and may not be returned if opened. So if you have not tried a product before try the smaller size first to make sure you like it.
