In one word YES!, All hair concealers are designed to work in conjunction with your natural hair. They do not inhibit natural hair growth, They do not block the pores on your head. I am not only a hairstylist I am user of hair concealers both the scalp concealer and the powdered fibers. I have been using for about 20 years and can say my hair has and still does look great!
