I tried this microdermabrasion resurfacing treatment when I received it as a sample. Like many mature women you don’t want something too harsh and drying. This is not that at all, it is a fine grit that clears the dead skin cells, refines the surface and gets rid of flaky skin. I use it once a week unless I see a need for another treatment. Great purchase.

My skin is fine and reactive. I was concerned this might be abrasive but it is not. It is a very fine scrub that does what it says without drying out y skin. Exfoliation is so important when rosacea is present and this helps exfoliate without aggravation.
