This was a foaming cleanser. It went pretty fast compared to other cleansers I usually use. However, it works super well. I haven’t seen any breakouts at all since I started using it. I will continue to purchase it because it is very effective and smells nice. But I think I will use a separate cleanser to remove eye makeup.
