A useful starting point: Our current ATZEN selection is mainly BALANCE care, with selected PURIFY options. Each guide shows available products and identifies added foundation choices. Manufacturer products not listed here are not presented as interchangeable with a different formula.
Body-care pages explain availability. Medical and procedure-related pages help you prepare a discussion with your treating clinician; they do not prescribe a treatment routine.

Plan care with your professional
Make the routine your own.
01 · Choose your focus
Start with your main concern. Shared products can stay in your routine when you explore another guide.
02 · Keep a simple foundation
Cleanse gently, moisturize comfortably and choose broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher for daytime. Serums, toners and masks are optional.
03 · Check individual needs
Review ingredients for known sensitivities. For a diagnosed condition or recent procedure, follow your clinician’s exact product and timing instructions.
Where do the categories come from?
The eleven main topics follow ATZEN’s Skin Conditions directory. The supplied filtered link selects Pre / Post-op Face, included as its own care-planning page. Each guide links its manufacturer category and, where relevant, the original subtopics.
Are all manufacturer products available here?
No. The guides use products currently listed at Skin Care By Suzie. IN-SHAPE body products, the PROTECT SPF 30/50 products and much of the PURIFY and RENEW ranges are not currently listed. Ask Suzie about a specific item; facial products are not substituted for unavailable body formulas.
Is Protective Day Cream a sunscreen?
The linked BALANCE Protective Day Cream has no labeled SPF. BALANCE Bio-Active Complex SPF15 is a separate listing. These guides complete morning skincare with a separate broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher from our sunscreen collection.
Do these guides treat medical skin conditions?
They organize cosmetic product choices and use information. Dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, wounds and procedure recovery need individual professional care. A manufacturer category does not establish that a cosmetic treats a diagnosis or is suitable immediately after a procedure.
