I have combination skin with a mild case of saborrheic dermatitis. I been using this serum for the last several months and it has become my new favorite moisturizer. It's light in texture and I get an instant soothing effect when I apply it on my face after shower. Having said that the calming effect is mild overall, so you'll have to find a stronger remedy in addition to this serum to help with any serious skin issues. I just use it as a nice shooting moisturizer.
Apart from that I wish it was available in a larger bottle size because I keep running out fairly quickly and having to scrape the bottom of the bottle frequently is not very fun.
